Rain Delays

Construction

With each rainfall of 1/2" or more, it sets us back several days construction progress. We recovered nicely from Fridays storm, with the concrete crew working both Saturday and Sunday to repair & reset the forms for the detention pond walls, they are now ready to pour concrete. Except the ground is still too soft with slippery mud for the heavy cement trucks to wheel onto the property to unload their concrete, so we wait until it drys. Hopefully the rain will hold off long enough this week for the trucks to get in.

Once the detention pond walls are poured and dyed for 7 days, we can back fill and D&D excavators can return to install the front entrance off State Highway 90 (Kingsbury St) in Seguin.

The erectors are putting building A1 (Office) up this week. Our Office will available to rent for special events, meetings, church services, & be able to seat about 120 people. Although the office won't be finished until August, the other buildings should be ready to move into by the end of June.
